비자 변경을 위한 준비 서류를 지참하시어 아래 신입생 오리엔테이션에 참석해 주시기 바랍니다.

1 신입생 오리엔테이션

  1) 일시: 2026년 8월 18일(화) 14:00

  2) 내용: 비자, 수업, 학사 등 대학원 생활 전반

2 제출 및 지참 서류

- 외국인등록증 원본

- 여권 사본 1부

- 사진 1매 (사진 규격 준수-아래 PDF 첨부 파일 참조)

- 재정증명서

- 본인 명의 잔고증명서 (800만 원 이상)

  ※ 단, 지도교수가 재정보증인인 경우 제출 면제

- 수수료 (현금)

  ① 기본: 60,000원

  ② 등록증 재발급 대상: 95,000원 (등록증 뒷면 체류기간 표에 공란이 없는 경우 재발급 필요)

 - 체류지입증서류: 외부거주자 중 거주지 계약기간이 8.19.(화) 기준 6개월 미만인 경우만 제출
  ① 제출서류

    1) 본인이 계약 당사자인 경우: 계약서
    2) 본인이 계약 당사자가 아닌 경우: 계약서, 거주숙소제공확인서, 거주제공자 신분증 사본(앞뒷면)
    * 거주숙소제공확인서 양식: 본 웹사이트 Community → 양식함(Forms) 에서 다운로드 가능

This notice is for graduate school admitted students(2026 Fall Semester) who need to change their visa status in Korea.

Please bring the required documents for your visa status change and attend the New Student Orientation below.

1 New Student Orientation

 1) Date & Time: Tuesday, August 18, 2026 at 2:00 PM

 2) Content: General information on graduate school life, including visas, courses, and academics

2 Required Documents

- Original Alien Registration Card (ARC)

- 1 copy of Passport

- 1 ID photo1 (Please refer to the attached PDF for photo specifications

- Proof of Financial Capability (Bank Balance Certificate)

  Bank balance certificate under your own name (Minimum 8,000,000 KRW)

   * Exempt if your academic advisor is your financial guarantor

- Processing Fee (Cash)

  ① Standard: 60,000 KRW

  ② If ARC reissue is required: 95,000 KRW

     *(Reissue is required if there is no blank space left on the back of your ARC)*
- Proof of Residence: Required ONLY for off-campus residents whose rental contract remaining period is less than 6 months as of August 19 (Tue).

  1) If you are the contract holder: Lease Contract

  2) If you are NOT the contract holder: Lease Contract, Confirmation of Offering Residence, and a Copy of the Provider's ID (Front & Back)
